Philanthropist and Ex-Cabinet Minister Nicholas Biwott dies.

A few days after the death of  Hon. Joseph Nkaisery's death, Kenyans are in shock after Nicholas Kipyator Biwott met his death at Nairobi Hospital. The family member says that he was suffering from cancer-related illness.

Kipyator Nicholas Biwott (born 1924- died 2017) was a Kenyan businessman, politician, and philanthropist. Biwott served as a civil servant, Member of Parliament for 28 years and government minister, during which time he held eight senior ministerial positions, worked alongside Kenya's first three presidents Jomo Kenyatta, Daniel Arap Moi, and Mwai Kibaki and with many significant public figures in post-independence Kenya.

He initially said that he would back President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election in 2017 and the Jubilee government has done quite well.
He said for the economy to grow at an average of 5.4 % with the turbulent economic turmoil, Uhuru has shown he deserves another term.

“The President and Deputy President William Ruto deserve a second term in office. The two have shown they can lead this country. There are clear indications that with another five-year term in office, they will do better,”

We success stories send our condolences to the Biwott's family and Kenyans at large.
